Built for serious trail abuse and overland reliability, this bumper combines ultra-durable DOM (Drawn Over Mandrel) tubing with precision CNC plasma-cut steel plates, delivering strength where it counts and clearance when it matters most.

• Maximum Clearance Design – Tucked high and tight to the Tacoma’s body for improved departure angles and reduced hang-ups on the trail. The lowest point is a 2.5"x2.5", 3/16" thick square tube that will take all the abuse of dragging in the dirt and smashing off of rock steps.

Installation: 

Cutting of bedsides is required for installation of the new rear bumper. Begin by marking a point 4 1/4" down from the bottom of the taillight and then use masking tape to make a line parallel to the top of the bedside. Remove the rear mudflap/bedside support and then use an angle grinder to slowly cut the line where you marked with masking tape. Clean the burr left on the backside with a flap disc, paint the cut edge and then install edge trim to clean up the look. Repeat on the other side and then install your new bumper making sure to start all of your bolts and level the main bar with your cut bedside before torquing to OEM specifications. Now stand back and admire your handy-work!
