BMF CMC Plates

Maximize tire clearance without compromising strength. These cab mount chop plates are engineered specifically for 2nd and 3rd gen Tacomas and are CNC cut from 3/16" steel, offering the ideal thickness for smooth, easy welding and long-lasting durability.

Designed to let you remove as much of the factory cab mount as possible, these plates provide the extra clearance needed for larger tires while maintaining the structural integrity of the mount. Whether you're building a trail-ready rig or fine-tuning your daily driver, these chop plates deliver a clean fit, solid strength, and the confidence to push your Tacoma further.

When correctly installed with a proper alignment these plates are suitable for fitting 33" tires with up to a 0 degree offset wheel AND a 1,1/4" wheel spacer. More negative offset or a larger spacer will result in running on the cab mount. More positive offset or less/no wheel spacer will give you more clearance from the cab mount. Please inquire regarding fitment for larger tires or different wheel setups!

Plates ship raw steel, apply weld through primer or paint to the back before welding it into place. Line plate up on cab mount for cutting reference.
